# Spindrop vs A.I. Music Generator

The clearest difference is ads: A.I. Music Generator at none against Spindrop's shown. A.I. Music Generator also leads on review sentiment (75% vs 46%). Spindrop's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Spindrop sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and A.I. Music Generator sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Spindrop holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Spindrop has 440 ratings behind it against 84, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 46% of Spindrop's written reviews are positive against 75% of A.I. Music Generator's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Spindrop ships an update fortnightly, A.I. Music Generator every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
