# Lingvist vs SeekSpace

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: SeekSpace at none against Lingvist's 12. SeekSpace also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Lingvist's advantage is ratings volume (3.7K vs 5) and update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lingvist sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. SeekSpace asks for nothing beyond the download.

SeekSpace holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lingvist has 3.7K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Lingvist ships an update monthly, SeekSpace every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
