# PTO Tracker vs Awesome Calendar 2

The clearest difference is rating: Awesome Calendar 2 at 4.6 against PTO Tracker's 3.4. Awesome Calendar 2 also leads on ratings volume (4.9K vs 10). PTO Tracker's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Awesome Calendar 2 sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $14.99 per year. PTO Tracker asks for nothing beyond the download.

Awesome Calendar 2 holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Awesome Calendar 2 has 4.9K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of PTO Tracker's written reviews are positive against 47% of Awesome Calendar 2's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
