# kdice vs Point

The clearest difference is update cadence: Point at every 4 days against kdice's every 6 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. kdice sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Point sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

kdice ships an update every 6 months, Point every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
