# Learn Languages vs See.Guru

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Learn Languages at 83% against See.Guru's 0%. Learn Languages also leads on ratings volume (7.7K vs 1). See.Guru's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 13) and update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Learn Languages sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 2 months. See.Guru asks for nothing beyond the download.

See.Guru holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Learn Languages has 7.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of Learn Languages's written reviews are positive against 0% of See.Guru's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Learn Languages ships an update every 2 months, See.Guru weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
