# Vicon Control vs AnySense

The clearest difference is update cadence: AnySense at every 2 months against Vicon Control's every 5 months. Vicon Control's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Vicon Control ships an update every 5 months, AnySense every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
