# Sign It! vs Notepad

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Notepad at 91% against Sign It!'s 40%. Notepad also leads on rating (5.0 vs 2.1) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 3 months). Sign It!'s advantage is price (Free vs $6.99) and ratings volume (16 vs 2). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Sign It! is free to download; Notepad costs $6.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Notepad holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.1.
