# Connect™ vs Argus Publications

The clearest difference is update cadence: Connect™ at every 2 months against Argus Publications's every 10 months. Connect™ also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). Argus Publications's advantage is ratings volume (90 vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Connect™ holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Argus Publications has 90 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Connect™ ships an update every 2 months, Argus Publications every 10 months. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
