# VERO vs PayaChat

The clearest difference is update cadence: PayaChat at every 5 days against VERO's monthly. PayaChat also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VERO sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month and PayaChat sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VERO ships an update monthly, PayaChat every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
