# Swift Timer vs ComingUp

The clearest difference is update cadence: ComingUp at every 2 weeks against Swift Timer's every 13 months. Swift Timer's advantage is monetization model (free vs freemium) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Swift Timer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and ComingUp sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Swift Timer ships an update every 13 months, ComingUp every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 14, 2026 and September 19, 2026 respectively.
