# Swift Timer vs ComingUp

The clearest difference is update cadence: ComingUp at every 10 days against Swift Timer's every 13 months. Swift Timer's advantage is monetization model (free vs freemium) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Swift Timer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and ComingUp sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Swift Timer ships an update every 13 months, ComingUp every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
