# ShipStation Mobile vs CommentExtractor

The clearest difference is rating: ShipStation Mobile at 4.6 against CommentExtractor's 3.7. ShipStation Mobile also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 7) and ads (none vs shown). CommentExtractor's advantage is review sentiment (24% vs 15%). On price, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CommentExtractor sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. ShipStation Mobile asks for nothing beyond the download.

ShipStation Mobile holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ShipStation Mobile has 6.2K ratings behind it against 65, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 15% of ShipStation Mobile's written reviews are positive against 24% of CommentExtractor's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ShipStation Mobile ships an update every 4 days, CommentExtractor weekly. Both last shipped on October 1, 2026.
