# Epicenter vs Aarestation

The clearest difference is update cadence: Epicenter at every 4 days against Aarestation's every 9 days. Epicenter also leads on iOS requirement (17.4 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Epicenter sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Aarestation sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Epicenter ships an update every 4 days, Aarestation every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
