# SplashLearn vs Elephant Learning Math Academy

The clearest difference is monetization model: SplashLearn at free with in-app purchases against Elephant Learning Math Academy's subscription. SplashLearn also leads on rating (2.7 vs 2.2) and ratings volume (72 vs 17). Elephant Learning Math Academy's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.5). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SplashLearn sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Elephant Learning Math Academy sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $59.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
