# Be Focused vs Pommmo

The clearest difference is ads: Pommmo at none against Be Focused's shown. Pommmo also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Be Focused's advantage is ratings volume (4.3K vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Be Focused sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Pommmo sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pommmo holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Be Focused has 4.3K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Be Focused ships an update every 5 months, Pommmo every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and July 19, 2026 respectively.
