# Be Focused vs PureLens

The clearest difference is ads: PureLens at none against Be Focused's shown. PureLens also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs every 5 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Be Focused sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and PureLens sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Be Focused ships an update every 5 months, PureLens every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
