# Snowboard Party vs Ski Challenge

The clearest difference is update cadence: Ski Challenge at every 10 days against Snowboard Party's every 4 months. Snowboard Party's advantage is ratings volume (4.7K vs 109) and rating (4.6 vs 4.3). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Snowboard Party sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Ski Challenge sells 50 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Snowboard Party holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Snowboard Party has 4.7K ratings behind it against 109, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 55% of Snowboard Party's written reviews are positive against 52% of Ski Challenge's.

Snowboard Party ships an update every 4 months, Ski Challenge every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
