# MultiTimer vs Countdown & Interval Timer

The clearest difference is ratings volume: MultiTimer at 16K against Countdown & Interval Timer's 2. MultiTimer also leads on device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). Countdown & Interval Timer's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MultiTimer sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Countdown & Interval Timer sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Countdown & Interval Timer holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MultiTimer has 16K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

MultiTimer ships an update fortnightly, Countdown & Interval Timer every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
