# Traveling.com Bus & Ferry vs Promet Split

The clearest difference is rating: Traveling.com Bus & Ferry at 4.9 against Promet Split's 2.5. Traveling.com Bus & Ferry also leads on ratings volume (135 vs 11). Promet Split's advantage is review sentiment (48% vs 14%) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Traveling.com Bus & Ferry holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Traveling.com Bus & Ferry has 135 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of Traveling.com Bus & Ferry's written reviews are positive against 48% of Promet Split's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Traveling.com Bus & Ferry ships an update every 3 months, Promet Split every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
