# BedJet Remote Control vs LW Scientific

The clearest difference is rating: LW Scientific at 2.3 against BedJet Remote Control's 1.8. BedJet Remote Control's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 14 months) and ratings volume (329 vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

LW Scientific holds the better App Store score, 2.3 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BedJet Remote Control has 329 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 16% of BedJet Remote Control's written reviews are positive against 0% of LW Scientific's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BedJet Remote Control ships an update fortnightly, LW Scientific every 14 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
