# Notebook vs Daily Notes

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Daily Notes at 100% against Notebook's 65%. Notebook's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notebook sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per month and Daily Notes sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Notebook ships an update every 6 days, Daily Notes every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 11, 2026 respectively.
