# WHILL Model A vs Future Wear

The clearest difference is rating: WHILL Model A at 4.0 against Future Wear's 2.0. Future Wear's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 8 months) and review sentiment (21% vs 0%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

WHILL Model A holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Future Wear has 23 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of WHILL Model A's written reviews are positive against 21% of Future Wear's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

WHILL Model A ships an update every 8 months, Future Wear every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
