# EBTH vs Sea Grape

EBTH and Sea Grape both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 89% of Sea Grape's written reviews are positive against 18% of EBTH's. EBTH's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (25K vs 29). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for EBTH against 4.9 for Sea Grape. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EBTH has 25K ratings behind it against 29, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 18% of EBTH's written reviews are positive against 89% of Sea Grape's.

EBTH ships an update monthly, Sea Grape every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
