# EBTH vs Mayhem Marketplace

EBTH and Mayhem Marketplace both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 89% of Mayhem Marketplace's written reviews are positive against 18% of EBTH's. Mayhem Marketplace also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly). EBTH's advantage is ratings volume (25K vs 22) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for EBTH against 4.9 for Mayhem Marketplace. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EBTH has 25K ratings behind it against 22, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 18% of EBTH's written reviews are positive against 89% of Mayhem Marketplace's.

EBTH ships an update monthly, Mayhem Marketplace every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
