# KlowdTV vs ciniq

The clearest difference is rating: ciniq at 5.0 against KlowdTV's 3.1. ciniq also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 weeks). KlowdTV's advantage is ratings volume (235 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. KlowdTV sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and ciniq sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ciniq holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: KlowdTV has 235 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

KlowdTV ships an update every 5 weeks, ciniq every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
