# Focus vs Pauvio

The clearest difference is update cadence: Pauvio at every 5 days against Focus's every 2 weeks. Focus's advantage is device support (4 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and Pauvio sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Focus ships an update every 2 weeks, Pauvio every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
