# azubi vs schul.cloud

The clearest difference is review sentiment: schul.cloud at 86% against azubi's 60%. schul.cloud also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (51 vs 2). azubi's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

azubi holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: schul.cloud has 51 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of azubi's written reviews are positive against 86% of schul.cloud's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

azubi ships an update every 2 months, schul.cloud fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
