# 지그재그 vs MEDICUBE

The clearest difference is review sentiment: 지그재그 at 62% against MEDICUBE's 15%. 지그재그 also leads on rating (4.4 vs 2.7) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). MEDICUBE's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

지그재그 holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 지그재그 has 378 ratings behind it against 27, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 62% of 지그재그's written reviews are positive against 15% of MEDICUBE's.

지그재그 ships an update weekly, MEDICUBE monthly. Both last shipped on October 15, 2026.
