# Technogym vs TECKWAVE

The clearest difference is rating: Technogym at 4.7 against TECKWAVE's 3.0. Technogym also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (4.7K vs 2). TECKWAVE's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and review sentiment (50% vs 31%). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Technogym sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. TECKWAVE asks for nothing beyond the download.

Technogym holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Technogym has 4.7K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 31% of Technogym's written reviews are positive against 50% of TECKWAVE's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Technogym ships an update fortnightly, TECKWAVE every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
