# Technogym vs Beforeat

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Beforeat at 100% against Technogym's 31%. Beforeat also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Technogym's advantage is ratings volume (4.4K vs 1) and device support (4 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Technogym sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Beforeat sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Beforeat holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Technogym has 4.4K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 31% of Technogym's written reviews are positive against 100% of Beforeat's.

Technogym ships an update every 10 days, Beforeat weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
