# Guardian Protection vs SODE Hub

The clearest difference is monetization model: SODE Hub at free against Guardian Protection's subscription. SODE Hub also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). Guardian Protection's advantage is ratings volume (13K vs 11). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SODE Hub holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Guardian Protection has 13K ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
