# appsGratis vs NapoliToday

The clearest difference is rating: appsGratis at 3.6 against NapoliToday's 3.0. appsGratis also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ratings volume (10 vs 1). NapoliToday's advantage is review sentiment (67% vs 50%). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NapoliToday sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. appsGratis asks for nothing beyond the download.

appsGratis holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: appsGratis has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of appsGratis's written reviews are positive against 67% of NapoliToday's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

appsGratis ships an update every 3 months, NapoliToday every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
