# Sub Count vs Audstreamer

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Sub Count at none against Audstreamer's 3. Audstreamer's advantage is update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Audstreamer sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Sub Count asks for nothing beyond the download.

Sub Count ships an update every 5 months, Audstreamer every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and September 20, 2026 respectively.
