# Passikuva Plus vs MVPlayer.app

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Passikuva Plus at 12.0 against MVPlayer.app's 26.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Passikuva Plus sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and MVPlayer.app sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
