# Cat Simulator 2 vs Pet Journey AR

The clearest difference is rating: Cat Simulator 2 at 4.7 against Pet Journey AR's 3.3. Cat Simulator 2 also leads on ratings volume (17K vs 3). Pet Journey AR's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 9) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cat Simulator 2 sells 9 one-off in-app purchases. Pet Journey AR asks for nothing beyond the download.

Cat Simulator 2 holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cat Simulator 2 has 17K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 72% of Cat Simulator 2's written reviews are positive against 100% of Pet Journey AR's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
