# CamHi vs xiaovv

The clearest difference is ads: xiaovv at none against CamHi's shown. xiaovv also leads on rating (3.0 vs 2.7) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). CamHi's advantage is ratings volume (464 vs 23) and review sentiment (25% vs 16%). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

xiaovv holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CamHi has 464 ratings behind it against 23, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of CamHi's written reviews are positive against 16% of xiaovv's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

CamHi ships an update every 3 months, xiaovv every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
