# KREF vs BZZR

The clearest difference is review sentiment: KREF at 57% against BZZR's 4%. KREF also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). BZZR's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 3.7) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BZZR holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: KREF has 50 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of KREF's written reviews are positive against 4% of BZZR's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

KREF ships an update every 3 months, BZZR every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
