# Word Master vs DupliJeu

The clearest difference is ads: DupliJeu at none against Word Master's shown. DupliJeu also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Word Master's advantage is review sentiment (77% vs 44%) and ratings volume (19K vs 1). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DupliJeu holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Word Master has 19K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 77% of Word Master's written reviews are positive against 44% of DupliJeu's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 8, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
