# DubFilter vs RRS EQP

The clearest difference is rating: RRS EQP at 5.0 against DubFilter's 4.7. RRS EQP also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 17.0). DubFilter's advantage is ratings volume (71 vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DubFilter sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and RRS EQP sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RRS EQP holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DubFilter has 71 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.

DubFilter ships an update every 6 months, RRS EQP every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
