# Getijdengebed vs Psalmen

The clearest difference is update cadence: Psalmen at every 2 weeks against Getijdengebed's every 4 months. Getijdengebed's advantage is iOS requirement (13.7 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Getijdengebed ships an update every 4 months, Psalmen every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
