# MetaDynamic MDForms vs Vendor Access

The clearest difference is rating: MetaDynamic MDForms at 4.5 against Vendor Access's 2.8. MetaDynamic MDForms also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). Vendor Access's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 8 months) and ratings volume (20 vs 4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MetaDynamic MDForms holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Vendor Access has 20 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.
