# Rainbow Dance Competition vs Global Dance Events

The clearest difference is rating: Rainbow Dance Competition at 4.1 against Global Dance Events's 3.5. Rainbow Dance Competition also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (381 vs 11). Global Dance Events's advantage is review sentiment (75% vs 46%) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Rainbow Dance Competition holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rainbow Dance Competition has 381 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 46% of Rainbow Dance Competition's written reviews are positive against 75% of Global Dance Events's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Rainbow Dance Competition ships an update fortnightly, Global Dance Events every 7 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
