# Flight Simulator vs Dubai Flight Simulator Pro

The clearest difference is rating: Dubai Flight Simulator Pro at 5.0 against Flight Simulator's 4.1. Flight Simulator's advantage is review sentiment (65% vs 26%) and in-app purchases (none vs 12). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dubai Flight Simulator Pro sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. Flight Simulator asks for nothing beyond the download.

Dubai Flight Simulator Pro holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flight Simulator has 76 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of Flight Simulator's written reviews are positive against 26% of Dubai Flight Simulator Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Flight Simulator ships an update fortnightly, Dubai Flight Simulator Pro every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
