# Better Notes + Lists and Todos vs Note!

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Better Notes + Lists and Todos at none against Note!'s 1. Better Notes + Lists and Todos also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 13 months). Note!'s advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.5) and ratings volume (1K vs 143). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Note! sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Better Notes + Lists and Todos asks for nothing beyond the download.

Note! holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Note! has 1K ratings behind it against 143, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of Better Notes + Lists and Todos's written reviews are positive against 61% of Note!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
