# Stopwatch ٞ vs Synchro Stopwatch

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Stopwatch ٞ at 1.4K against Synchro Stopwatch's 11. Stopwatch ٞ also leads on review sentiment (66% vs 50%). Synchro Stopwatch's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.5) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Synchro Stopwatch holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Stopwatch ٞ has 1.4K ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 66% of Stopwatch ٞ's written reviews are positive against 50% of Synchro Stopwatch's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
