# FEI RuleApp vs E.E.F

The clearest difference is update cadence: E.E.F at monthly against FEI RuleApp's every 6 months. E.E.F also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FEI RuleApp ships an update every 6 months, E.E.F monthly. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
