# Brenntag vs Penske Driver

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Brenntag at 67% against Penske Driver's 21%. Brenntag also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 16.0). Penske Driver's advantage is rating (4.2 vs 3.7) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 7 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Penske Driver holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Penske Driver has 2.6K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Brenntag's written reviews are positive against 21% of Penske Driver's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Brenntag ships an update every 7 months, Penske Driver every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
