# Sanoma Pro Sanastot vs Trainify

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Sanoma Pro Sanastot at none against Trainify's 3. Sanoma Pro Sanastot also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). Trainify's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (10 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Trainify sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Sanoma Pro Sanastot asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Sanoma Pro Sanastot against 4.9 for Trainify. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Trainify has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
