# Automower Connect vs TerraMow

The clearest difference is review sentiment: TerraMow at 100% against Automower Connect's 50%. TerraMow also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Automower Connect's advantage is ratings volume (8.8K vs 5) and rating (4.5 vs 4.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Automower Connect holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Automower Connect has 8.8K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Automower Connect's written reviews are positive against 100% of TerraMow's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Automower Connect ships an update monthly, TerraMow every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
