# VIP Monkey vs Törst

The clearest difference is update cadence: Törst at every 4 days against VIP Monkey's every 2 weeks. Törst also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VIP Monkey sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month and Törst sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VIP Monkey ships an update every 2 weeks, Törst every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and September 22, 2026 respectively.
